Terms of service

The plain-language agreement between your company and Tailcontrol for using Ramp.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

  1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between your company (“you”) and L.R Damri Flying Ltd (אל אר דמרי תעופה בע״מ), a company registered in Israel, trading as Tailcontrol (“Tailcontrol”, “we”). They cover Ramp by Tailcontrol, our software for running a fleet of business aircraft: dispatch, CAMO and maintenance, safety and billing. By starting a trial or a paid plan, you accept them on behalf of your company.

  2. Accounts and who may use them

Your company opens one account and its administrators invite users. Every user needs their own sign-in; do not share passwords. Administrators decide who sees what, and remain responsible for the people they invite, including outside parties given a link. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.

  3. Free trial

You can try Ramp free for 30 days. No card is needed. At the end of the trial you choose a plan, or the account stops and your data is handled as described in section 11.

  4. Plans and prices

Ramp is priced per aircraft, with every user included:

    • Up to 3 aircraft: €750 per month, flat.
    • 4 to 10 aircraft: €750 plus €150 per month for each aircraft above 3.
    • More than 10 aircraft, or a CAMO managing aircraft for many owners: by agreement.

A one-time set-up fee of €1,500 covers importing your aircraft data and an onboarding call. Paying yearly gives you two months free. Maintenance and CAMO are part of every plan. The built-in assistant is included within fair use. All prices exclude VAT.

  5. Fees, invoices and late payment

Online orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for those orders: Paddle takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice, and handles billing questions and refunds; Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the payment. Larger accounts may instead be invoiced by us directly. Fees are charged in advance for each month or year, and the set-up fee with the first payment. Invoices are due on the date shown on them. If a payment is late, we will remind you first; if it is still unpaid after that, we may limit access until it is settled. You can always export your data while an account is limited. We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice; a change applies from your next billing period, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

  6. Support

Support is by e-mail and in-app chat, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. We reply within one business day, and within 4 hours when the system is down. There is no 24/7 phone support. Custom features or extra apps are quoted separately on request.

  7. Availability

We work to keep Ramp running and fast, and to fix problems quickly. We do not promise a specific uptime figure. Planned maintenance is done outside busy hours where we can, and we tell you in advance when it may affect you.

  8. Your data

Your company owns its data. We use it only to provide Ramp to you. Each company's records are kept apart from every other company's. Data is hosted in Western Europe, with an encrypted nightly copy in a separate data centre in the EU. An administrator can download a full backup in an open format at any time. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice; how we protect it is on our security page.

  9. Your regulatory duties stay with you

Ramp supports your operation; it does not replace it. Airworthiness, operational control and flight planning decisions remain with you and your licensed staff. Check what Ramp shows you, including reminders, due dates, calculations and suggestions from the assistant, against your approved documents and your own judgement before acting on it.

  10. Acceptable use

Use Ramp only for your own lawful business. Do not try to reach another company's data, test or break our security without permission, overload the service, or resell access. Copying or reverse-engineering Ramp is covered in the section on our software below. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or anything harmful. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

  11. Our software and intellectual property

Ramp, its code, design, screens, calculations, data models, documentation and texts belong to Tailcontrol and are protected by copyright and trade-secret law. Your plan gives your company a limited right to use Ramp for its own operation while the plan is paid; it gives no other right. You must not, and must not let anyone else: copy, download, extract, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer any part of Ramp, or get around any of its technical protections; scrape it or analyse it with automated tools, including AI models or agents, to reproduce, describe or learn from how it works; use Ramp, its output or your access to design, build, train or improve a product or service that competes with it; or share your access with anyone outside your company. All use of Ramp is recorded. If you breach this section we may close the account at once without refund, and we may claim damages, an injunction and the profit made from the breach. This section continues after the plan ends.

  12. Term, cancellation and leaving

Monthly plans run month to month and end at the end of the month in which you cancel. Yearly plans end at the end of the paid year. Refunds follow our refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment; later renewals are not refunded once the period has started, except where the law requires it. After the end, your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it, and is then deleted. Encrypted backups are deleted as they reach the end of their retention period.

  13. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or lost revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then. The date at the top shows the latest version.

  15. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law of your country says otherwise.

  16. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected].
