What personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask of us.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

  1. Who we are

Ramp is provided by L.R Damri Flying Ltd (אל אר דמרי תעופה בע״מ), a company registered in Israel, trading as Tailcontrol (“we”). Contact: [email protected].

  2. Two roles

Your company’s account. For the people who sign up, sign in and pay for Ramp, we decide how their data is used: we are the controller. Your company’s records. For everything your company puts into Ramp (flights, crew, passengers, clients, documents, maintenance records), your company is the controller and we only process the data on its instructions, as its processor. Passengers and crew who have a question about their data should contact the operator that holds it; we pass on any request we receive.

  3. What we collect about account users

Name, business e-mail, company, role, the password (stored only as a salted hash), two-step sign-in settings, sign-in times, IP address and device type, support messages, and billing details. Card details are collected by our payment reseller, not by us.

  4. Why

To provide and secure the service, to keep accounts safe (sign-in alerts, limits on repeated attempts), to give support, to bill, and to meet our legal duties such as accounting and tax. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

  5. Who processes data for us

    • Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and delivery of the service (Western Europe).
    • Backblaze: encrypted off-site backups (EU data centre).
    • Paddle.com: checkout, payments, invoices and tax for online orders, as Merchant of Record.
    • Resend and Google Workspace: account e-mails and our own correspondence.
    • Anthropic: the built-in assistant, translation of messages and reading of documents, when your company uses them. This is a transfer outside the EU/EEA, covered by standard contractual clauses.
    • Meta (WhatsApp Business): notifications, only when your company turns them on.
  6. Where and how long

Data is kept in Western Europe, with an encrypted copy in a separate EU data centre. Each company’s records are kept apart from every other company’s. After an account ends, its data is kept for 30 days so it can be exported, then deleted; backups are deleted as they reach the end of their retention. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

  7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

  8. Cookies

Only what the service needs to work, such as the sign-in session and your language. No advertising or tracking cookies. This website itself sets no cookies.

  9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell account administrators by e-mail or in the app before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.

In short

Your company owns its records; we process them only to run Ramp. No selling of data, no advertising.
